About TwinkleTotz
A little bit about us...
TwinkleTotz originally opened as a Day Nursery, but due to popular demand expanded to offer Out of School childcare for school aged children. This includes Breakfast, After School and Holiday Play Schemes.
Each site operates between 8.00am and 6.00pm, 51 weeks a year with both part time and full time places available.
Affordable and Flexible
At Twinkletotz we aim to provide quality childcare at affordable prices and actively promote and support parents to claim Tax Credits to assist with their childcare costs. We also accept various Childcare Vouchers and are part of the governments Childcare Affordability Programme (CAP).
In addition we pride ourselves on our flexible childcare options and always aim to work around individual personal arrangements we can provide both part time and full time places and may be able to offer short term or emergency childcare.
Staffing
To ensure we offer consistent care and attention to your child we take all necessary steps when recruiting our staff. This included rigorous recruitment procedures, CRB checks, referencing and health checks.
All new staff members undergo a full induction programme and attend continuous training.
Policies and Procedures
Twinkle Totz have robust policies and procedures which are reviewed and updated on a regular basis. All of our policies are available on site for parents and carers to view.
